The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will have ongoing responsibility for developing workflows, queues, alerts, and reports within the Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will also provide end user support and will work closely with other departments and vendors to improve current workflows and assist in the creation of new business processes as necessary. br br ul

br B Responsibilities /B br br ul
li Create new user accounts and assign proper user based controls related to access. /li li Assist other departments to develop new workflows to improve efficiency or assist in the modification of current Salesforce workflows. /li li Create and modify rules, triggers, and alerts when requested or as necessary based on company needs. /li li Integrate new applications into Salesforce when requested. /li li Create reports based on various requirements in a timely fashion. /li li Create Email templates, approval processes, and define approval actions for task automations. /li li Develop new queues based on business need. /li li Work with Salesforce objects such as Leads, Campaigns, Reports, and Opportunities. /li li Performs analysis to include: analytical techniques, data gathering techniques, identifying appropriate stakeholders, and metrics reporting. /li li Follow a user-centered design process, understanding real users - their goals, aptitudes, experiences, needs, and motivations. /li li Clearly communicate status and open issues to team members and leadership. /li li Provide technical leadership and work effectively within a collaborative team environment to implement projects in a timely manner. /li li Responsible for access and data security within Salesforce. /li li Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. /li /ul
br Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: br br ul
li Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline. /li li 3 years’ experience working as Salesforce Administrator and Developer. /li li Salesforce administrator certification is required. /li li Knowledge of Apex is preferred. /li li Must have strong technical writing and documentation skills. /li li Previous experience working in the health care industry, specifically HMO, is a plus. /li li Proficient computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc. /li li Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. /li /ul
