JOB DESCRIPTIONspan B Salesforce Delivery Project Manager Job in Minneapolis, MN or San Francisco, CA /B br B /B br This position will be responsible for defining and facilitating the process to roll out the Wealth Management CRM platform to various lines of business (LOB). br B /B br B Responsibilities /B br br 1. Gathering the rollout needs including all aspects of what drives successful business adoption br 2. Understanding, documenting and developing the business delivery plan for a release including Change Management components as follows: br ul
li Adoption preparation including identification and development of key change roles -- "Change Champions" and similar roles /li li Training and Knowledge Transfer /li li Communications /li li Support /li li Go Live Preparation including role mapping, data prep, and enhanced Go Live Support /li li Policy and Procedure change as appropriate /li /ul
br 3. Communicating and ensuring execution of the plan br br ul
li The Delivery PM should be detail oriented and as well, must be a highly effective communicator -- both written and verbal -- across organization levels including senior leadership /li /ul
li The Delivery PM must understand complex inter dependencies and be able to plan, coordinate and communicate successfully across multiple work streams and organizations: Software development, Release Management, Data Management, User acceptance, Training, pilot rollout and go-live. /li li The role will be primarily focused on working with the business user community to socialize and drive the plan with accountability for execution requiring the Delivery PM to manage successfully in a highly matrixed organization. /li /ul
br B Basic Qualifications /B br B /B br ul
li Master's degree, or equivalent work experience /li li 10 or more years of experience in project management and leadership activities /li /ul
br B Preferred Skills/Experience /B br br ul
li Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area /li li Demonstrated management and leadership skills /li li Strong organizational and analytical skills /li li Advanced knowledge of project management /li li Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data /li li Excellent verbal and written communication skills /li /ul
