BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Rexnord is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the newly-formed Salesforce.com Center of Excellence (COE). The primary objectives of this growth-oriented role is to support an expanding global support structure while propagating process/database best practices and increasing adoption. The ideal candidate will quickly gain a solid understanding of Rexnords org structure, business processes, and culture while building relationships with key individuals/groups. This strategic, long-term thinker will have the analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify recommendations and solutions.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide administration of the Salesforce environment, responsibilities include: customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, permission sets, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, alerts, dashboards, reports, etc.
Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, and ongoing usability improvement initiatives
Maintain and support users, assess user access and visibility settings and restrict/open up data access as needed within established guidelines
Provision/deactivate users accounts, reassigning all related records as necessary
Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other supported integrated platforms in a timely and professional manner
Ability to relate business requirements and user needs to developers
Work closely with other Salesforce Administrators and Developers to customize, develop, design and manage ongoing system enhancements to meet the organizations strategies
Communicate enhancements and new developments to users, create and post release notes in conjunction with weekly deployment schedule
Develop training materials and documentation for users for new enhancements
Support business leaders in the onboarding of new employees and refresher trainings
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with business partners, key stakeholders, and executive sponsors such that all Salesforce.com activities are closely aligned with the business case and business strategy, allowing the full potential of their salesforce.com solution to be realized
Manage daily requests for change and adhere to the COE Change Control Process

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3 years of experience administering Salesforce.com

Salesforce.com Administrator Certification



CAPABILITIES AND SUCCESS FACTORS

Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (Preferred)

Salesforce Service Cloud experience/emphasis (Preferred)

Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects

Strong business and technical acumen

Solid business analytical skills

Excellent presentation/communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization including small to large audiences

Profound understanding of Salesforce best practices

Experience with any of the following tools preferred: Lightning Console, Salesforce Knowledge, Call Center App, Salesforce Workbench, FunnelSource, Configuration Workbook, Force.com IDE
