Department: School Health - Additional Schools
Position Description:
Provides school health services as directed by the School Nurse to the student population serviced. Assists and supports the School Nurse with special needs children, performs documentation and student record keeping activities, and maintains correspondence with parents/guardians, school officials, and allied professionals. Appropriately trained in BLS, Healthcare Provider. Familiar with State and Federal school health guidelines.
Qualifications Required:
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within the State of Ohio. Must be able to work as part of a team and interact with people in a friendly, supportive manner at all time. Must have the ability to deal with a variety of situations and student personalities. BLS required. Experience in school setting preferred.
Pay is $15.30 an hour Part time nonexempt Day
