JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY OncoResponse is seeking a Scientist, to join the Antibody Characterization / Target Validation Group. The successful candidate will support the discovery of novel cancer and immune-oncology antibody therapeutics and be responsible for antibody characterization, target validation, and elucidation of mechanism of action. The candidate is expected to develop and conduct cellular and biochemical assays to characterize antibodies that target cancer cells or modulate the tumor immune environment. Broad skills in the areas of oncology or immune-oncology and the ability to thrive in a team orientated environment are necessary. This position will be based in Seattle.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Independently design and conduct experiments to validate and characterize antibodies that target cancer cells or modulate the tumor immune environment.
Coordinate with project leaders and management to address project needs, propose new project ideas, stay abreast with relevant literature etc.
