The successful candidate will: /p ul li style="text-align:justify" Construct production cell lines that are suitable for cGMP production of therapeutic proteins /li li style="text-align:justify" Innovatively integrate new technologies (including ClonePix, FACS, digital imaging, high throughput scale-down models, etc) into current platform to further improve the quality and speed of cell line development /li li style="text-align:justify" Improve cell line performance through medium, nutrient feed, and supplement optimization, cell culture parameter optimization, and host cell engineering etc. /li li style="text-align:justify" Generate development and/or tech transfer reports, participate in technology transfer to CMOs, review manufacture batch records, and draft regulatory filing related documents. /li li style="text-align:justify" Represent PD in cross-functional team and coordinate CMC activities in support of early stage development projects /li /ul
