* This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the largest business unit for Kraft Heinz. It is both a strategic and a tactical position. Those that do not want to get their hands dirty or build out a function against a blank slate without buying pre-packaged solutions should not apply.

This role provides opportunities to support research and development and regulatory affairs with product and ingredient technical services in the Kraft Foods Ingredients (KFI) business. Project opportunities allow this individual to grow their technical service leadership through direct interaction with R&D, Marketing, Quality, Operations, Sales, other cross-functional members, and direct customers. Additional responsibilities to include:

* Develop and revise regulatory information for KFI products including nutrition, ingredient line and allergen information, in accordance with US regulations and internal policies

* Research and answer customer requests for information regarding KFI products and formulas while protecting confidentiality of proprietary information

* Prepare documentation for customers on request regarding regulatory inquiries

* Review label artwork for compliance

* Support/lead project teams as a technical resource

* Direct interaction/communication with customers

* Develop and manage technical process to achieve acceptable response timeline to customer inquiries

* Maintain technical documentation

Minimum Qualifications

* B.S. degree, preferably in the field of science, regulatory affairs, or food science and 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

* Desire experience in the food or consumer products industry.

* Proven leadership of commercialization and/or margin enhancement programs across multiple technologies.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Highly motivated

* Ability to multi-task complex inquiries
