Job Description
The Seasonal Forecasting & Demand Planning Analyst is primarily responsible for door level forecasting and aggregate demand planning for all assigned retail chains. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of supply chain systems and structures, the ability to work alone as well as in a team environment, the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of Management. This position works directly with Sales Account Executives and leads the dialogue in chain-specific strategies for each holiday.

Experience Required:
Ability to demonstrate proficient communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with peers and management

Strong analytical, problem solving and math skills

Advanced Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Outlook; knowledge of COGNOS or custom reporting package is valuable

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to understand and maneuver between customer information sources/systems and corporate systems

Ability to manage large volumes of data and analysis simultaneously

Strong follow-up skills

Education Required:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations, or a minimum of 2 years in a related field
