PRO Sports Club is currently seeking a Front Desk Concierge for our Seattle location to join our exceptional team. This position is the first point of contact for our members and provides enthusiastic and friendly customer service to everyone who walks in the door.

Essential Job Functions:
-The Front Desk Concierge provides exceptional customer service for the members and guest of PRO Sports Club, while enforcing club rules and policies.
-Customer Service is performed with enthusiasm and friendliness and a willingness to help others.
-Greets members and guests as they enter the club with a warm smile and eye contact.
-Backs up all other functions at the Seattle PRO Sports Club, membership tours, membership sales, facility operations, equipment maintenance, cleaning of all facilities, back up childcare etc.
-Receives and directs telephone calls to appropriate departmental personnel and provides the correct information on programs and activities for the customers in person or over the telephone.
-This person needs to restock towels at all available times.
-Responsible for providing accurate information on PRO Shop Merchandise.
-Must have ability to communicate to members/guest and other employees in a courteous, friendly and professional manner and maintain a positive attitude at all times, especially under stressful situations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service.
- CPR certification required, or ability to obtian within 30 days of start date.
