JOB DESCRIPTIONAn IT support outsourcing company is looking for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER. This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT-HIRE role, and the office is located in LOWER MANHATTAN.
* Onsite and telephone support for the company's clients
* Using help desk system to log calls
* Help junior-level colleagues when they need assistance
* Recent experience in TIER/LEVEL 2 TECHNICAL SUPPORT role
* Past work with MICROSOFT EXCHANGE, MICROSOFT SERVER SYSTEMS AND ACTIVE DIRECTORY
* Experience CONFIGURING FIREWALLS, SWITCHES OR OTHER NETWORK DEVICES
