This Secretary II position will support The Government
The incumbent will perform administrative and office
support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may
include fielding telephone calls, receiving and
directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing.
Extensive software skills are required, as well as
Internet research abilities and strong communication

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Answers phones, takes messages and routes calls.
Performs confidential and personal secretarial services
including making travel arrangements, attending meetings
on behalf of the executive, maintaining assignment
Performs office functions: composes correspondence such
as letters, memos correspondence, reports and maintains
Develops and/or revises office, clerical and secretarial
procedures and implements approved changes
Prepares forms and operates office equipment.
Arranges meetings and conferences and keeps minutes or
Transcribes and distributes minutes of public hearings
and summarizes proceedings
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Work, Excel,
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
High School Diploma
Two (2) years of Administrative experience performing a
wide range of personal and confidential secretarial
Strong written and oral communication skills,
organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Some travel may be required.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as
defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
