This Section Chief is to be assigned to Histology.
Description:
The Section -Chief for Histology is responsible for maintaining the technical basis and guideline for all phases of the laboratory section to which is assigned. The Section Chief oversees all work performed within the section by evaluating he quality of work performance with regard to conformance to quality standards, policies and procedures as well as evaluating the workload volume and scheduling to determine and ensure the most effective, efficient and productive use of laboratory staff and facilities in that section.
Required:
M.T. (A.S.C.P)
5 years experience as a Lab Technologist in the area of Histology
Telephone and computer skills.
Full Time Days, some evenings, and weekends BS/BA
