Documentation br   br Basic Function: br The Security Administrator I is responsible for providing a second level of technical support for security and is a support contact for customers and various LHH personnel.  This position interacts with all other LHH Technical Departments.  This is a fast paced position requiring exceptional technical skills, as well as, strong judgment and decision-making abilities.   br   br Position Responsibilities br   br Responsibilities and % of  time br (See B below) br   br 75% • Manage, Execute and Review security requests (Including Change Management) br • Ensure all changes are properly administered under the control of the security framework. br • Open problems tickets in response to backup issues, error conditions or other unusual messages noted during job log review.   br • Assign and manage to completion to the appropriate service group for investigation and correction. br • Manage, Execute and Review security projects. br • Provide backup to security staff. br • Produce monthly status reports and respond to other management requests. br 15% • Provide other assistance in Audits for Internal Auditors, Ernst & Young Auditors and Clients. br • Includes providing user access samples br • Includes providing recertification documentation br • Includes Reviewing MSA or RFP br   br 5% • Provide technical assistance to customer support departments and clients. br • Provide support for related business continuity of systems. br   br 5% Development br • Learn and maintain awareness of company processes, policies and procedures. br • Begin learning ITIL principles, ISO standards and other best practices. br • Formulate plan and participate in ongoing education and professional development br   br Position Description Qualifications br   br Must Requirements (including any physical requirements): br   br • 1 to 3 years of  I.T. Systems Support is required.   br • Knowledge of security operations in at least one of the following areas: VM, Windows and Network, depending on position requirement. br • Problem Determination, Resolution and reporting skills are required. br • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel is required br • Strong customer service and communications skills (written and oral) is required. br • Ability to effectively work in a team environment, as well as, independently with end-users and clients is required. br • Ability to learn quickly and develop new product skills independently. br • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting workloads in a fast paced environment. br • Good theoretical and practical understanding of I.T. Security. br Desired and Preferred Requirements: br   br • Knowledge of security operations on platforms outside of primary area(s) of expertise is preferred. br • Experience responding to MSA or RFP related to security requirements is plus. br • SecurID Token and token userid administration is desirable. br • Firewall administration knowledge or experience is desirable. br • Knowledge of Third Party Products (CyberArk, Nessus, At Task) is desirable. br • Knowledge of Project Manage
