Atrium Hospitality is headquartered in Alpharetta, GA. IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be responsible primarily for the security, general maintenance and repairs in guest suites, meeting space, restaurant and common areas. Guest suite and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. RESPONSIBILITIES: Protect hotel premises, maintain safety, carry out company rules and regulations, and ensure observance of applicable laws. While patrolling hotel, circulate among visitors or employees to preserve order and protect property and display good customer service skills. Patrol lobby, corridors, and public rooms, consult with management, interview guests and employees and question persons to identify suspicious activity, investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, etc. Patrol public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and damaged or inoperative safety equipment. Warn/caution, notify or eject troublemakers and caution careless persons. Obtain assistance for accident victims and file accident reports. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences. Notify management and staff of the presence of persons with questionable reputations. Assist management and enforcement officers in emergency situations. May enter and check rooms of guests suspected of leaving without paying the bill to confirm suspicions and to seize any remaining personal property. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Other duties as assigned.
