Ensures the safety and security of the property, guests, members, and employees. Responds to medical & emergency situations. Monitors property to avoid vandalism & theft (lock up). Assists guest needs as well as guest services, engineering, housekeeping, etc.(including after hours). Ensures that property policies and regulations are adhered to. Enforces handbook policies. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. First Aid, CPR, AED certification preferred. Ability to move quickly. Professional attitude with high levels of service in the hospitality industry. Previous law enforcement experience preferred. Ability to communicate (verbally or written) effectively. Must be able to work with guests to resolve complaints in a positive and professional manner. Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manner. Must be able to stand or walk for long periods. Must adhere to all departmental checklists, manuals, CMR & Benchmark policies and expected service standards. Must be at least 21 years of age.
