Security Officer

At Oakwood, we value our Security Officers as the eyes and ears within our apartment communities to keep our associates and guests safe and secure. In this role, you will interact with Oakwood associates, guests and others on a daily basis. We will count on you to have a keen eye for detail and provide critical information to our management staff as appropriate.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

? Patrol properties regularly to ensure security of properties
? Respond to resident requests for service for Oakwood Worldwide
? Maintain daily security logs, crime reports and legal notices
? Notify external law enforcement and emergency agencies when necessary
? Perform after hour resident check-ins and lockouts
? Assist management as prescribed
? Enforce house rules and policies
? Maintain key inventory
? Maintain positive public relations with guests and outside contacts

? Must be available to work weekends. Schedule will be swing and graveyard. Includes two days off. Exact schedule TBA
Guard card is a plus for this position, but not a requirement.
