Our Fortune 500 client is seeking experienced Reimbursement Consultants for career positions.
The Case Manager provides customer-focused support to patients, physicians and sales force. He/she will educate, inform, and assist patients to navigate through the reimbursement process. The Case Manager also identifies and facilitates referrals to alternative coverage options and financial assistance programs for patients who are under-insured or require copay assistance.
- Experience in conducting benefit investigation, authorizations, and appeals
- Ability to maintain a high volume of work and multi-task
- An extensive work history demonstrating outstanding customer service
- Sensitivity to customer/patient cases
-At least 2 years previous experience as a Case Manager or Reimbursement Counselor
-Call Center experience a plus
