JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Rapidly growing, team-oriented company in Orange County is currently seeking a sales support coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2-3 years of sales operations support experience, the ability and experience in analyzing sales information, strong ability to multi-task between multiple projects, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and a demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding sales strategies and support infrastructures. Bachelor?s degree preferred. Salesforce or Great Plains software experience is a plus!
Typical duties include: Providing support to sales executives, updating client lead opportunities within the CRM database, request/track vendor quotes, create customer proposals, track customer agreements, prepare purchase orders, entering sales orders, work with credit department to establish new customer accounts and monitor aging issues, track orders with partner companies, work with distributors on RMA?s, producing monthly/weekly reports, and more.
