Our Account Executives are responsible for seeking out new logo opportunities with major blue chip organisations and for managing the development of new opportunities with our most important existing client relationships. Their mission is to help clients identify how they can achieve their business objectives by removing the barriers which may prevent them from doing so.
Degree level minimum
MUST be an effective new business generator
Minimum of 3-5 years of solution/consultative salesexperience with proven evidence of providing value based sales arguments to justify high end priced product or services
Whilst not essential, any industry experience in Management Consultancy, Human Capital Management, Organizational Development, Professional Training & Coaching, E-Learning, Blended Learning would be favorable
Experience of sales at C-level and if you've dealt with Heads of Sales, HR, L&D or Training, even better!
Ideally an active role in the service delivery world
An understanding of how best to maximise customer contact and experience through direct channels (face-to-face, telephone, email, online, SMS)
Understanding Customers' Needs and the ability to help identify areas of pain
Target Driven: To be single minded in achieving the quota agreed with the Head of Sales
Communications: Outstanding verbal, written and formal presentation presence
