JOB DESCRIPTIONCOMPANY: Our client is a hyper growth programmatic media platform funded by Google execs and the top tier of venture capital funds. They are offering brands a unique way to buy media by overlaying their media campaigns with real time contextual data mined from social platforms. Having collected and analyzed billions of data points daily our client is finding and using the hottest trending topics to deliver hyper relevant media across multiple platforms. They have already partnered with scores of the largest brands, agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. In order to further their explosive growth they are seeking an experienced media seller well versed in the programmatic space. This strong seller will have an extensive rolodex of both agencies and client-direct contacts.
* Become a product and domain expert and share that expertise with customers
* Expectation to generate a high volume of sales related activity including cold calling, presentations, RFP's, and more.
* Help develop strong and mutually valuable relationships with advertisers, agency trading desks, DSPs and other buyers of inventory.
* Cultivate relationships with agency contacts and clients to gain deep insight into their business and ultimately provide solutions for their marketing and advertising goals.
* Provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients' needs.
* Support Regional VP of Sales in developing, managing, and executing strategic sales opportunities
* A BA/BSdegree in Media, Advertising, Marketing or relevant experience
* 2-5years of media selling experience, meeting and exceeding quotas
* A deep understanding of the digital ad space, stay up-to-date on relevant topics and developing trends
* The ability to succeed in a fast paced start-up environment
* Flawless written and oral communication skills to convey the value of key products
