As our ideal candidate, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five years of experience out of a technology-driven marketing services organization. li Supervise a team of five employees: Account Managers and Account Coordinators and to execute client deliverables and identify new business opportunities. /li li Scope out new potential clients and make introductions to key decision makers. /li li Lead quarterly business reviews for large corporate accounts. /li li Serve as a key client contact to set clear service and delivery expectations, address any escalated issues, and ensure clients ROI goals and program objectives are met. /li li Manage accounts, resources, workload, and cross-functional processes to ensure consistent and accurate program execution. /li li Manage process and product improvements to meet clients’ needs. /li li Continuously evaluate program and campaign results to find key trends and insights to make event activation adjustments and marketing recommendations for clients. /li li Define and manage the program budget to ensure profitability. /li li Consistently add value to corporate accounts by maximizing product utilization and client retention. /li li Evaluate client satisfaction scores to seek areas of improvement and to strengthen products and services offered. /li /ul

li Bachelor’s Degree. /li li A minimum of five years of account management experience supporting large strategic accounts of $1 Million or larger. /li li Proven experience within the marketing automation, digital marketing, or technology-driven services field. /li li Proven ability to develop and retain large key accounts. /li li Thrives in a fast paced environment. /li li Strong critical thinking skills. /li li Strong communication and professional presentation skills. /li li Experience in management, analysis, and reporting. /li li Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.com. /li li Ability to travel up to 25%. /li /ul
