We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in our SAN FRANCISCO, CA office. This position will support Aon s RADFORD CONSULTING GROUP.
Senior Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant (AA) provides administrative support to a team of associates within a workgroup, practice area or client team. Support ranges from clerical and logistical matters to document production and the effective use of office applications. The Administrative Assistant will respond promptly, thoughtfully and effectively to changing work environments, changing priorities and new situations. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will possess the skills and ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal resources, clients (where applicable), and other parties in a global and virtual working environment. The Administrative Assistant is integral to the efficient workflow within the office environment. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides administrative support for six Associate Partners
Use Aon CWT Travel Account and the Get There travel booking tool to research travel options and book consultant travel
Prepare and submit expense reports
Enters travel and entertainment expenses into Aon system for reimbursement to employees; reconciles receipts with American Express wallet
Submits professional time for everyone in People Soft 9.0 in support of client billings
Help to schedule and coordinate larger meetings for Associate Partners including room reservations and food ordering/delivery if necessary.
Provide back-up assistance to other administrative assistants as applicable
Submit printing requests for client meetings and other needs as necessary; ensure accuracy
of printed materials before distribution
Maintain a flexible approach and attitude towards assisting others
Act as a key resource for the Associate Partner team, i.e., independently seek out answers to questions, take initiative, leverage network of resources to solve problems
Self-directed prioritization of work and projects
Seeks additional responsibilities

Education and Work
High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor degree a plus
Minimum 6 years as Administrative Assistant
Advanced level computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and other programs as applicable
