Sabre GLBL Inc. in Southlake, Texas is looking for Senior Airline Solutions Management Consulting to perform the following duties: Under general direction, responsible for providing business consulting services such as revenue management, network planning, sales and marketing, etc. for airline clients worldwide. Functions as a liaison with clients for medium to large projects with typically one portfolio stream. Individual is considered to be a subject matter expert for at least one product portfolio area. Conduct in-depth review and audit of commercial business practices and business processes in order to identify unique customer needs, apparent and subjacent through interviews and data collection; benchmarking against best practices and in some cases functional systems analyses to ensure a seamless transition to a new system or business practice in the Retailing and Customer Experience areas. Provide creative business and implementation consulting services to airlines worldwide designed to help address these organizational and business challenges or to improve organizational and business performance, through adoption of IT solutions, business processes or practices. Drive change management and adoption of solutions and recommendations. Drive better utilization of customers' existing solutions to help them achieve strategic goals such as increase ancillary revenues or improve customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Transportation, Airline Administration, Engineering, Operations Research, Information Systems, Information Management or equivalent as determined by a professional credentials evaluation plus 3 years' experience in job offered or 3 years' experience in accounting, business consulting or client services. Experience in job offered or related position must include the following: merchandising, customer service operations, customer segmentation, financial tools, client service or consulting project delivery, technology implementation consulting, client financial impact analysis, client relationship management for the airline industry.
