Senior Analyst Corporate Finance - ReqCode 75691

JOB SUMMARY

Position will primarily support two functions: (1) project finance initiatives, including providing analytic and execution support in the company's capital markets transactions related to its real estate and joint venture investments, development activities and timeshare financing programs and (2) corporate reporting and forecasting activities. The Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance will report to the VP, Corporate Finance, but will also provide support for the Director, Corporate Finance and may also provide analytical support to the SVP & Treasurer, and Senior Director, Corporate Strategy, if needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- BA/BS degree. Finance, Accounting, or Economics focus preferred
- A minimum three (3) years of functional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, real estate finance, or other financial roles
- A minimum of three (3) years professional experience with Microsoft Excel
- A minimum of three (3) years experience using Bloomberg
- A minimum of three (3) years professional experience with Microsoft Office suite applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Hospitality industry experience
- Financial management experience with a multinational corporation, or other international exposure
- Experience in interacting and communicating with senior and executive-level management
- Experience in corporate/commercial/project financing, or with a real estate company
