Senior Analyst, Marketing

Rite-Aid is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing for their location in Camp Hill, PA (some relocation may be offered). The Senior Analyst, Marketing is responsible to provide analytical support to ensure implementation, execution, and analysis of customer marketing programs to prove out ROI. The Senior Analyst, Marketing will also be required to support the execution and provide analysis of the CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) efforts across the Rite-Aid enterprise and all marketing channels (email, mobile, social, online, direct mail, in store, broadcast).

Responsibilities of the Senior Analyst, Marketing:

-Support marketing initiatives through mining and analyzing loyalty data
-Design, develop and manage different analytical models for use with carious marketing goals and objectives
-Analyze data to refine promotional targeting opportunities
-Analyze and report promotional results
-Assist with the development of recommendations, tactics, and future testing on analyses
-Work with business and IT resources regarding database issues and technical questions
-Create and enhance reporting methods and practices
-Understand the customer database structure, query logic, and data validation practices to ensure accurate execution of marketing campaign

Requirements:
Requirements of the Senior Analyst, Marketing:

-Bachelor�� s degree
-Master�� s degree preferred
-5 years of Analytic experience
-SAS-SPSS, ROI, CRM experience
-Experience with loyalty programs
