The Senior Security Analyst will coordinate the Safety and Security (S&S) information management and collection processes as well as inter-office communications between Safety and Security and Hilton enterprise information consumers. What will I be doing? The Senior Security Analyst will create information requirements, production requests, and triage and disseminate information to the appropriate internal consumer. The Team Member will review and catalog existing information, identify gaps in requirements, and advise the staff and customers in the planning, coordinating, and submission of information requirements across a variety of interests. Other key priorities are listed below: * Research and assess open source information systems and sources to advise the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Director on information support capabilities * Research threats and trends to Hilton interests globally * Evaluate draft and final information products for quality, timeliness, and utility * Work with relevant functional areas and/or Hilton leadership to develop and document information requirements, interests, and priorities * Develop an information collection strategy that affirms requirements, gaps, and production plans to fill any gaps * Support development and continuous improvement of the company's security information management program * Coordinate with and support area coordinators and other BCM and Safety and Security stakeholders * Assist the BCM Director with planning ongoing BCM program activities (development and maintenance of plans, risk assessments, business impact analysis, training and exercise scheduling, etc.) * Deliver regular safety and security information updates * Report any metrics on security information trends and utilization * Assist in the delivery of lessons learned and after-action reports and follow-up on remediation efforts * Tailor information sources and reports to meet company requirements to inform strategic and tactical decision making * Assist with the development of the annual BCM plan, including the information collection management strategy and activities * Coordinate regular reporting to key stakeholders * Assist with the maintenance and improvement of the stakeholder management and communication plan * Responsible for establishing alert thresholds and profiles for enterprise information consumers * Assist with ad-hoc projects for BCM in support of improving the program or addressing an immediate need or risk * Support third party consultants assisting with BCM activities * Ability to interact effectively and confidently with professionals at all levels of responsibility and authority * Strong multi-tasker with the ability to manage time and priorities * Highly organized, energetic, self-starter, who can work independently and is required to plan, prioritize, and complete a diverse workload of activities within various timelines and budget * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
