Job Description
A large Orlando based company is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits professional to manage a shared service center to support their employee benefit programs.�
�
The responsibilities of the Benefits Call Center Senior Manager include:
�
-Responsible for daily operations of call center
-Management of call center staff members
-Extensive knowledge of employee benefit plans, including health/dental/vision/flexible spending accounts/etc
-Enrollment administration
-Legal compliance related to all plans
Requirements:
Educational and Experience Requirements:
-Bachelor degree required
-Minimum five years management experience in a call center environment handling employee benefits required.
-CEBS designation/MBA strongly preferred but not required
