Natera is currently seeking a Senior Bioinformatician will be working on one or several new R&D projects. The major task for them would be to build a bioinformatics pipeline and develop in-house tools to analyze NGS data. They may also work with biologists to answer their questions related to data analysis.


Responsibilities:
Analyze high-throughout DNA sequence data using pipeline in-house and work with biologists and statisticians to answer specific biological questions
Develop automated analysis pipelines for diagnostic tests, including fusion detection, variant-detection tools and quality-control checks
Develop new tools for DNA sequencing data analysis and propose improvements
Performs other duties as assigned
