Let???s Get to Work.Description and Desired QualificationsSenior Business Development Manager: ?? Manages the business development activities for Clients and or regions with focus on consulting and services work ?? Identifies and screens opportunities according to Power Business Group skills and experience ?? Makes sales calls and presentations to Clients ?? Possesses ability to develop and prepare opportunity specific presentations ?? Works with Engineering/Services and Operations staff on deliverables ?? Manages the qualifications and proposal process ?? Reviews commercial aspects of bids ?? Successfully closes the opportunityBasic Qualifications ?? Bachelor???s degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university?? Minimum of 15 years of business development experience in the Power industry?? Demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills?? Previous experience working in both a consulting/engineering and an EPC business environment?? Established relationships with investor owned utilities and independent power producers?? Ability to recognize risk elements of projects, how to mitigate those elements and when to say ???No??? with opportunity is not worthy of pursuing?? Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes with short notice even when required to work beyond normal business hours?? Proficiency using Microsoft tools including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
