Schedule all meetings to support the Capacity Planning calendar and documenting actions. Manage all of the inputs and outputs for the Capacity Planning cycles, including: capacity statements, demands, and supply for the inputs, as well as detail and summary reports for internal and external factories and make recommendation on changes to the modeling. Create of reports for use in for internal scorecards. Recommend changes to the demand forecasts to support the sales and operations plan for internal and external use. Participate in TQM teams as required. Work closely with the capacity team to resolve supply related issues. Work closely with Management to support Adhoc reports. Work closely with Demand Planning and Global Operations to ensure Demand and Supply are aligned. Qualifications
Master's degree or foreign educational equivalent in Industrial Engineering or other related discipline such as Operations Research plus two years of experience, involving: managing and analyzing semiconductor manufacturing processes; designing SQL databases and Microsoft Access applications to manage, analyze and report on capacity data from multiple sources; using advanced Microsoft Excel functions to systematically identify trends and opportunities within large data sets with multiple dimensions; semiconductor operations management (such as Resource Requirements Planning and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, or equivalent); reconciling demand management and forecasting in semiconductors; and, validating data from SAP Sales and Distribution, Financial modules, PROMIS, to support Advanced Planning System.
