Senior Business Systems Analyst

Description
- Provide subject matter expertise for supported business process area(s) with understanding of as-is and to-be processes, current business and system challenges, industry trends and best practices, etc.
- Measure and improve business processes, information, and experience within a functional area and/or technology.
- Work with Program/Project Managers to identify and scope new business opportunities.
- Bridge the communication gap between business and ITG/Supplier teams to elicit, understand, analyze and specify the business and system requirements and use cases.
- Works with the architects to enable translation of requirements into models and specifications
- Ensure first-time quality and acceptance of project requirement and test deliverables, including traceability.
- Ensure strong, clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders.
- Ensure GMAC standards, tools and best practices are implemented within the project engagements.
- Integrate with the supplier project teams to ensure knowledge continuity across the SDLC activities.
- Support system test, user acceptance test and validation of the application solution to the intended use.
