Senior Buyer RI

Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Buyer to work for a well known, established manufacturing company in Woonsocket to be responsible for purchasing, negotiating, securing quotes and services to determine most desirable vendor of materials, equipment and supplies. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures; be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This is a long term temporary assignment with the possibility of temp to hire


Requirements:

Strong Microsoft Office skills required; Oracle experience and stocking program implementations a plus

Bachelor's degree or 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
