OVERVIEW
The Occupancy Planning (OP) Senior CAFM/CAD Analyst role is responsible for delivering CAFM and CAD Implementation and Project services within the OP Projects line of business. The activities of the business also serve to support on-account OP team s mission by providing variable or project based IWMS services that ensure superior implementation of the OP product. This position is accountable for the ongoing maintenance of CAD drawings as well as the connection of the CAD drawings with the Computer Aided Facility Maintenance (CAFM) or Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) platform.

TRANSITION | NEW CLIENT ACCOUNT ACTIVITIES

* Participate in consultative planning sessions with the team s and client s key project stakeholders typically senior management in the facilities and real estate, information technology, finance, and human resources departments. The planning sessions normally involve:

* Analysis of Client Requirements with respect to systems and process workflow.

* Analysis of Existing Information Systems, Datasets and Client Staffing to forecast complexity of integration of the solution into the client s existing systems/operations.

* Education of the Client regarding industry best practices as well as the capabilities of technology and the benefits of associated IWMS/CAFM system.

* Review drawing files within AutoCAD and/or field redline drawings for completeness

* Create _Arch, _Floor, and _Poly drawings

* Properly polyline and label room numbers

* Ensure that all documents are in compliance with JLL standards and layering formats

* Create attributed polylines for space allocation tracking and/or charge backs

* Load drawings to IWMS / CAFM

* Populate IWMS/CAFM with space categories, space types, space standards, room numbers, names and business organization

* Establish and maintain a library of master drawings accessible to JLL and clients


MAINTENANCE CLIENT ACCOUNT ACTIVITIES | RENOVATION OR RECONFIGURATION TRANSACTION

* Assist in developing strategic space planning scenarios

* Modify _Arch, _Furn, and _Poly drawings

* Properly capture the required polyline changes

* Label rooms with room number

* Create new versions of the _Arch, _Furn, and _Poly drawings for delivery to JLL

* Generate request completed email to requestor (JLL Planner, Project Manager or Facility Manager)

* Update Current Master file


MAINTENANCE CLIENT ACCOUNT ACTIVITIES | DATA TRANSACTION

* Capture required adds or changes to attribution in IWMS/CAFM

* Changes based on field redlines including: Space category, Space type, Space standard, Employee name, Room Name, and Organization code

* Generate request completed email to requestor

* Extract data from IWMS/CAFM and provide to requestor as useful information to be presented to management at all levels of the enterprise


MAINTENANCE CLIENT ACCONT ACTIVITIES | DRAWING REQUEST

* Performed for transactions that require the provision of a drawing

* Digital: Check-out drawing from SharePoint to requestor, attach drawing to email and include CAD drawing standards (requests to be made by JLL Planner, PM or FM)

* Hard Copy: Email drawing to designate reproduction firm and include requestor email (requests made by JLL Planner, PM or FM)

* Generate request completed email to requestor


MAINTENANCE CLIENT ACCOUNT ACTIVITIES | TEST FIT

* Perform test fit per red-lined drawings and provided instructions

* Multiple scenarios may be requested

* Generate request completed email to requestor

* After adoption of a specific test fit, FMS/CAFM and the master drawing are updated


MAINTENTNACE CLIENT ACCOUNT ACTIVITIES | SPECIAL PROJECT AND/OR OTHER CAD RELATED SERVICE

* Provide a resource to travel to assist with AutoCAD file loads to IWMS/CAFM

* Provide project management support for the implementation of new clients

* Draft workstation and office templates for use in JLL presentations

* Provide floor plan polylining services for IWMS/CAFM clients

* Assisting implementation of FMS enhancements


MANAGEMENT

* Provide monthly reporting for billing purposes

* Manage overall relationship between IWMS/CAFM analyst and accounts


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Degree in Engineering or Architecture

* 3 years of IWMS/CAFM & CAD Technical and Project-Related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.

* 5 years of CAD/CAFM Technical and Project-Related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.

* Strong understanding of occupancy planning, architectural design. (IBM / TRIRIGA developer or Archibus certification, preferred)


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

* A strong working knowledge of IWMS/CAFM Systems.

* Excellent MS skills inducing: Power Point, Excel, Access, Word.

* Excellent understanding of IWMS/CAFM systems and experienced in using its data to deliver projects preferred.

* Experienced in managing multiple IWMS/CAFM Implementations and Projects simultaneously and remotely.

* Strong and proven technical aptitude with the ability to provide vision and insight to push technical innovation

* Solid customer service acumen, interpersonal relationship skills and ability to communicate in a professional manner with client management

* Strong written and verbal skills

* Ability to communicate ideas in a concise and summarized manner without personal bias.

* Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.

* Program management skills coupled with the ability to profitably execute and deliver.

* Ability to self-govern and make sound decisions.

* Ability to facilitate conflict resolution - internally and externally.

* Ability to develop relationships that can lead to long term assignments.

* Strong ability to collaborate with others.

* Understanding of and experience in implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement programs preferred

* Willingness to take ownership of requests; prioritize and meet deadlines preferred

* Decisive on project issues with reasonable input from functional experts on the team preferred

* Working knowledge of Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry and practices preferred

* IBM / TRIRIGA developer or Archibus certification preferred

* Work is to be performed in a remote office environment with periodic visits to potential and current client sites and the JLL Headquarters for meetings and training. Ability to work and coordinate a remote team is critical. Travel will be approximately 25%.
