Job Description

Responsible for the coordination and development of E&P chemical programs and for the continuing evaluation of such programs, to enhance production. Accountable for the analysis and reporting of LOE and Capital spending data related to the chemical programs for E&P assets. Develops unit cost evaluation tools for economic well and pipeline asset analysis. Prepares and analyzes economic evaluations for chemical products, production, and expenses. Oversees, monitors, and provides recommendations for all chemical programs including scale and corrosion inhibition, surfactant, and other treatments for oil & gas wells, injection wells, and pipelines. Directs and continually evaluates the performance of chemical companies.

Works closely with field asset teams, engineering staff, chemical companies, and management. Responsible for optimizing, controlling chemical cost, allocations, invoicing, and budgeting for the programs. Will have a strong focus on foaming products for artificial lift. Performs other duties as requested or assigned.

Vast experience and knowledge in E&P chemicals and production operations with various artificial lift methods. Strong business, technical, mechanical and leadership skills are necessary. Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and presentational are required.
Thorough knowledge and experience of well production, compression, regulation, gas measurement, down hole equipment and other natural gas related equipment. Knowledge of federal and state law with respect to SPCC, Sarah Title III, OSHA, Pipeline Safety & Compliance, and Waste Management.
Ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks in limited time frames, develop teams and communicate effectively, define problems and draw valid conclusions, interpret manual and technical instructions, prepare brief accurate written reports and complex analysis, plan, organize, prioritize, schedule work, and proficiency in PC operations.
15 years Oil & Gas Experience Desired
Bachelors Degree Preferred
