In this position, you will serve as a leader on the Compensation team and determine salary and compensation for a multiple lines of business. You'll be the go-to for any and all compensation issues, recommending ways to improve salary structures, evaluation systems, and job specifications. As a subject matter expert, you will provide consultative services to internal customers and ensure consistency across compensation decisions.
As Senior Compensation Analyst, you'll conduct internal and external research, ensuring compliance with market best practices. Utilize your strong background in compensation to analyze very large amounts of data. You'll administer the annual compensation review process and attend hospital-wide meetings, working closely with high profile health care leaders.
-Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
-Compensation administration experience in a large corporate or healthcare setting
-Technical knowledge including advanced Excel skills, familiarity with PeopleSoft or Workday, and HRIS systems PeopleSoft or Workday
-At least 5years of compensation experience
-Excel proficiency to handle large amounts of datasets
