JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter for a corporate recruiting role based in downtown Dallas, TX. This is a permanent, full time position. The recruiter will be supporting the Sales and Marketing departments in North America and globally. Experience with hiring Sales and Marketing professionals, and working with global vendors preferred. Experience in agency or corporate recruiting required.
The Senior Recruiter will be required to source, screen and present candidates to hiring managers, as well as negotiate offers and perform reference checks. Must participate in networking activies, use social media, and online resources to find high quailty candidates.
The Senior Recruiter will be liaising with hiring managers and will be required to work with managers at all levels within the company. Must have strong communication skills and presentation skills. Must be a strong process manager and experienced in managing vendor relations. Must be familiar with managing ATS system.
The Senior Recruiter must be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with constantly changing priorities.
