We are actively seeking a Corporate Recruiter with technical recruiting background. This well known Professional Services Company has an immediate need for a Recruiter to support both internal corporate staffing and contract based recruitment. Successful incumbent should have 5 plus years working in this capacity. Daily duties will include, but not limited to recruiting/sourcing for the different service lines, so diversity in recruiting for different disciplines is desired. Will be managing the full life cycle recruiting process and work in a team-centric environment. Must possess great communication, and written skills.
?Work closely with management to determine hiring needs.
?Identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications. ?Source, screen, and interview applicants and maintain candidate information ?Full life cycle recruiting.
?Serve as the first point of contact for candidates at all levels
?Network to develop candidate flow
?Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers ?Post all job openings to various boards Candidate
?At least 5 years? experience in a fast-paced, full life cycle recruiting environment
?Bachelor's degree required
?Ideal candidate comes from a corporate recruiting position with a fast growth company, or has an agency background in permanent placements ?Candidates should be highly skilled in a variety of Internet recruiting techniques
?Strong candidate qualification and interview skills required
?Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team ?Social recruiting experience.
