If you:


Customer Relationship Management/Customer Satisfaction - single point of contact for quote to cash inquiries and problem solving; escalation and cross-functional solution of any Customer issues/requests; enablement and support of Customers' delightful and inspiring experience, in line with the Company's vision

Quotations including response to tenders

Order validation, acceptance and entry for products, Time and Material services and service contracts/training.

Audit compliance (document controls, process controls/approvals, record retention)

Pricing maintenance and execution (ERP)

Order management within pre-negotiated and pre-approved terms. Clean order flow to allow clean and timely invoicing* Have fun, be fully engaged and promise to have a life beyond "work"

You MUST have:


10+ years of experience in the function

Global sales and sales operations business knowledge

Customer-oriented, excellent customer communication skills and experience (oral and written)

Experience with contract negotiation

Experience with Safeforce

Precise, accurate, detail oriented

Ability to lead process improvement projects through knowledge sharing, initiative, teamwork, role modeling

Understanding of basic SOX/GAAP rules relative to order management/revenue recognition.
