Job Description

Handles more complex escalated customer calls in order to resolve in the most satisfactory manner for all parties concerned. Calls are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures. May respond to faxes and emails. Requires extensive knowledge of the Loss Drafts organization, products and/or services. Possesses high level of technical skills. May require advanced problem solving skills and experience on help desk handling and defusing escalated calls. Typically requires 2+ years of customer service experience.

Required Skills

- Strong oral communication skills
- Strong Computer Knowledge and navigation
- 2+ year Call Center Experience

Experience Required

- Ability to multi-task and to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to handle escalated calls
