Senior Developers

Perform software analysis, design, development and integration for a variety of software applications, including development of technical specifications, software programming, performing unit testing, and supporting systems and business acceptance testing. This position will provide a high level of technical knowledge to ensure the efficient design, development and implementation of complex systems and may act as a technical lead. Role accountabilities include the following: gathering business requirements from users and preparing requirements specifications; applying thorough knowledge and understanding of business activities to assist in identifying problems and developing a plan for their resolution; performing software design, programming & testing; providing a high level of technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development and implementation of complex systems; acting as team lead as necessary; working in a team environment to support users and other technical staff; learning and applying business process; informally mentoring staff; creating documentation including requirements/functional specifications, training and maintenance manuals; and initiating improvements within and outside of assigned areas. REQUIREMENTS: Must have Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience with software development and system analysis & design. Must have some experience with advanced Java (Strust/Struts2, JSP and web services); enterprise data integration; complex or large-scale software projects; and web and server-side applications. We will also accept a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience in stated areas.
