The Senior Director of Global Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a defined sales and go-to market strategy, acting as a key partner to the senior leadership team the final candidate will be the chief spokesperson and principle architect for driving sales growth and profitability both domestically and internationally. The position is responsible for planning, organizing and managing all revenue generating activities for the company. This will be a highly visible and hands-on position, requiring solid sales /marketing skills set along with focus, initiative, determination, planning and execution The SDGS will have had several years of progressively more responsible sales management experiencepreferably in the travel retail marketplace. The reporting organization currently includes Directors of International Sales Travel Retail, two Directors of International Sales, Mass Retail, a Director of U.S. Sales Travel Retail as well as a Director U.S. Sales Mass Retail, two International Sales Specialists as well as an International Account Manager The successful candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing sales productivity in highly competitive markets. This will include establishing stretch goals, planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process and data analytics, sales job design, training, program implementation, sales compensation design and administration as well as the recruiting, selection ,motivation and coaching of sales force talent.

The SDGS must have well developed organizational leadership and negotiating skills ,a proven track record in channel management, a competitive "hunting "persona coupled with skills in data analytics and progressive account management as well as the development of best and next practices to attract a "best in class" sales team. The finalist should also have a "can do" contemporary leadership style, strong and persuasive communications skills, and the ability to resolve conflict and inspire confidence in dealing effectively with cross functional business issues and/or opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a college

degree with an MBA being highly desirable.
