The Senior Director of Human Resource Consulting, Hilton Reservations & Customer Care (HRCC), will strategically partner with clients across HRCC and global Hilton Worldwide in order to provide talent optimization recommendations to align, drive and execute on strategic objectives related to all areas of talent within HRCC. Specifically, the Team Member will take the lead in planning and implementing strategies related to talent development, talent management, organizational design and related HR consulting activities for HRCC's 4000+ Team Members around the globe. What will I be doing? The Senior Director of Human Resource Consulting - HRCC will be responsible for directly leading and managing their HR team as well as providing direction and guidance to the HRCC teams on talent related projects and HR initiatives. The Team Member will drive results through ensuring the effective development and execution of talent planning across the HR and HRCC teams. Additionally, the Senior Director of Human Resource Consulting - HRCC will provide input into the continued development of the Global HR tool kit and global talent practices. Other key priorities are listed below: * Build strong consulting relationships with key global clients to develop first-hand knowledge of clients' short and long-term business goals and objectives * Provide input into business strategies based on implications of people and organizational strengths and constraints * Proactively align HR strategies and processes with business strategic and operating goals on a global basis * Evaluate, enhance, develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures for client groups on a global basis * Advise global clients on all HR general consulting activities, including recruiting, talent management, managing and exiting, as needed * Lead the development and execution of the Human Resources strategic plan, shorter term plans and initiatives to support the business strategies and promote a unified company culture * Create and maintain a high performance culture of accountability and results orientation, linking organizational and Team Member performance * Lead and complete projects as directed by the Vice President of HR Consulting * Support key global clients regarding organizational structure or job changes, including analyzing company information and making recommendations to ensure consistency for position descriptions, salaries, etc. * Develop Human Resources planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop and manage key global programs to fill gaps and build a strong talent pool * Create focused organizational development plans with business partners including workforce planning, talent management, performance management and succession planning * Proactively manage the roll out of HR tool kit items for global clients ensuring that all are aware and educated appropriately * Directly manage the performance and development of the onsite HR team, and indirectly manage HRCG staff members as assigned to various projects in support of the enterprise * Work collaboratively with other members of the Global HR group to ensure the best service is delivered to our clients * Assist with the management of other HR Consultants as needed or required * Provide leadership to the HR team and build organizational capability and effectiveness * Partner with legal and finance departments and (where necessary) governmental agencies on information requests as needed * Ensure mandated compliance on all legal and financial requirements as per relevant legislation and Hilton Worldwide policies Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
