The Senior Director, Technology Solutions has responsibility for specification, ongoing development and maintenance of custom technology products used internally by the firm as well as client and program-specific solutions that extend and enhance relationships with its partners.

-Assist in assessing existing tools, COTS solutions, SAAS, and custom development options to improve internal processes, support existing clients, and capitalize on new business opportunities
-Work with clients and internal stakeholders across the organization to document processes, identify opportunities for enhanced systems support, and develop detailed solution requirements and use cases
-Manage development priorities and assist with developing interim solutions and workflows to address both short and long term business needs
-Drive product development, execution and deployment
-Manage system testing and release schedules, including updates to internal and user-facing documentation
-Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
-Manage and develop internal technical resources
-Contract and manage third-party technical resources to enhance capacity and deliver cost-effective solutions
-Monitor and enhance performance of internal and customer-facing systems based on utilization and projections
-Manage required system redundancy, data security, disaster recovery capacity and related testing
-Serve as a subject matter expert on current products and development process in presentations and proposals to prospective clients
-Provide product training and overviews to the staff

-8+ years experience managing all aspects of software development life cycle
-Prior, related roles in healthcare or social services preferred
-Experience with NYS Medicaid Health Homes preferred

-Degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline
-Advanced degree (MBA) preferred

Technical Experience:
-Lean/Agile approach to software development and product management
-UI/UX design, including some experience in financial reporting design/delivery
-EDI transactions, preferably related to medical billing
-Specifying, contracting and managing hosting for web applications
-Developing and deploying training for non-technical users
-Management of tiered help desk for end user support
