THE ROLE IN BRIEF:
The Senior Director will play a leadership role within the EAB Technology division, specifically on the Business Analyst team. The Business Analyst manages pools of clients through the technical implementation of the technology's web based platform. The Business Analyst manages the client relationship, sets and executes against project milestones, and manages the quality, client satisfaction and engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Our current opportunity is based in Washington, DC with opportunities for remote arrangements.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design new and improve existing deployment and support processes
- Act as an evangelist for the team with both internal and external stakeholders
- Help resolve escalated client issues
- Work with sales to identify potential leads on new revenue in existing accounts
- Coordinate the design and implementation of new product features with product management and development
- Troubleshoot technical and non-technical challenges
- Contribute to career pathing for staff, work force planning and talent identification
- Include staff in decision-making process and empower staff to make decisions independently
- Ensure that the implementation team is adequately trained and performs at the required level
- Provide constructive formal and informal feedback to team members as necessary
- Set team goals and define roles clearly through workload management and delegation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree
- 10+ years of consulting or related experience, preferably in higher education
- Experience facilitating and managing organizational change
- Excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented, with a focus on customer success
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel 10-20%

Experience in at least two of the following:
- Leadership experience with teams of 10+ members
- Knowledge of technology, including databases and/or web based applications
- Experience running enterprise software deployments
- Experience managing challenging client relationships and executive level relationships
- Experience negotiating changes to client commitments and/or requirements
- Software implementation consulting experience
- Knowledge of higher education industry source systems
