JOB DESCRIPTIONTo lead the evaluation and implementation of manpower, systems, and corporate projects designed to reduce operating and expenses, increase revenues and enhance customer service. To lead the development and implementation of operating plans, conducting studies and preparing data for use and analysis by engineers and operations. Lead the transformation of business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence.
NOTE: This position will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of SenseAware customer implementations/training and will work closely with the SenseAware Advisor, Customer Support and Application Development teams. The goals of SenseAware customer implementations include, designing and solving logistics issues using SenseAware, efficiently enabling the rapid use of the service, facilitating customer autonomy with SenseAware equipment and application as well as fostering the expansion of the service. Furthermore this role will also serve customers on a post-sales basis on product application questions by serving as the customer training subject matter expert. Significant domestic and international travel should be expected up to 75% of the time.
