Successfully direct and own diverse application experiences on multiple platforms on mobile, tablet, desktop and web. Requirements
- Well-versed in fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principals.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and motivated with a deep desire to prove themselves within a company of talented individuals.
- Strong working experience with Industry-standards Graphic Design tools Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working experience with iOS, Android, web and desktop standards.
- You can build prototypes for iOS, Android or Web!The Must-Haves:
- Previous experience with Mobile and Web application design.
- Strong comfort level and flexibility for an organic and iterative design process.
- A deep appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems.
- Experience creating visually stunning interactive user experiences for digital media.
- An outstanding body of work demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative digital interface design solutions for the Web, Web 2.0, desktop applications and/or mobile and handheld devices.
- A passion for and exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to work within nebulous parameters and work to understand business goals and conceptual frameworks.
- Ability to lead and work closely with the XD team of interface designers, engineering and upper management to conceive, develop and present brilliant interactions and elegant experiences.
