NeedParsons provides program and facilities assessment support to military bases and installations, worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Facilities Assessor to evaluate and monitor field assessment data, assist in developing cost estimates, and support our global facilities assessment teams, as needed. The selected candidate will be engaged in design, construction, planning, real estate, and other related functions. Keys to your success will be your previous experience in conducting facilities assessments on military bases, installations, or campus settings; as well as your knowledge of project controls and cost estimating; and ability to track information using database software. This position is based in Houston, TX, however we anticipate 20% travel will be required.Qualifications 8+ years engineering or architectural experience in conducting facilities assessments on campuses, installations, or basesBackground in project controls and estimating along with familiarity with MS Project and MS Office suite or similar softwareCapable of accurately monitoring and tracking information in facility assessment database Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture required and a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) accreditation preferredNo relocation is offered for this position, local candidates encouraged to apply Parsons offers an ethical, challenging, diverse, rewarding and fun work experience where enthusiastic, responsible people use their energy, talent and dedication to make a difference in the world.
