Role / Title:
The Senior Financial Analyst, Global Cash Flow and Working Capital, role is pivotal in the ability to understand and analyze the financial performance of The Kraft Heinz Company. The SFA role will be expected to assist in providing insight and understanding of the Company s global Operating Free Cash Flow or OFCF , a common internal metric utilized to measure the performance of The Kraft Heinz Company. The role will be a part of a team that is responsible for financial analysis and process implementation to drive global operational efficiencies. This is a high-visibility role, which requires coordinating the flow of information between multiple levels of management and liaising with many internal groups. In this role, you will work with a lean, high-performance team, which has frequent direct exposure to the Company s executives and other key global decision-makers. This role will assist in other significant projects, which vary based on our business transactions and priorities.


Key Components of the role:

* Supporting accurate analysis of global cash flow through the preparation and publishing of financial presentations ranging from consolidated financials to ad hoc flash reports;

* Preparing standard and ad-hoc analysis in an effort to drive insight on key variances of current year actual results in comparison to prior year results as well as the annual operating budget;

* Delivering insight into areas of improvement and providing recommendations of initiatives that would lead to cash generation from OFCF and Working Capital;

* Contributing to the creation and consolidation of cash on hand forecasts on a global scale in order to better understand the projected cash position of the Company;

* Understanding of the impact of restructuring costs on the Company s cash position;

* Assisting in the consolidation of global restructuring program forecasts and understanding of savings delivered;

* Working frequently with our international zone colleagues and financial planning teams in an effort to coordinate and align globally all activities related to the preparation of standard reports and understanding of global OFCF and Working Capital;

* Assisting with the consolidation of the entire annual operating budget, including but not limited to the coordination and alignment of numerous internal teams in an effort to lay out a plan to achieve the financial goals of the Company; and

* Assisting with developing new financial systems, tools, policies and processes to increase visibility, drive cost-reduction and to enhance operating efficiencies.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting

* 1-2 years of experience in a relevant Finance role

* A strong drive to learn and willingness to assume senior-level responsibility

* Demonstrated ability to multitask and make key decisions with little guidance

* Technical experience with HFM/Hyperion and heavy Excel skills

* A strong work-ethic and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
