Role / Title:
Our Accounting team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Consolidations to assist with the monthly financial statement consolidation process and preparation and analysis of our global financial statements. This is a high-visibility role, which requires coordinating the flow of information across Business Units around the world as well as the global Controller and Corporate function teams. In this role, you will work with an experienced team, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, to prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, build skills and relationships across our diverse organization. You will also be a key contributor to our SEC filings, help with the implementation of new US GAAP accounting standards and many financial reporting projects.

Key Components of the role:

* Assisting with Kraft Heinz s monthly consolidation processes; creating and analyzing global income statement, balance sheet and cash flows for both internal and external reporting requirements

* Preparing monthly financial statement variance analyses and key reconciliations supporting a number of internal and external reporting needs

* Collaborating with our Business Unit and Corporate finance teams across the globe to consult on the application of accounting policies, new transactions and other accounting topics

* Ensuring operating effectiveness of internal controls and policy/procedure environments governing the global consolidation

* Conducting special projects and accounting research related to financial reporting, new accounting standards, or other technical accounting topics

* Working with internal and external auditors

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting

* CPA preferred

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in public accounting, with an emphasis in SEC engagements

* Strong work-ethic, communication skills (written and verbal), and drive to learn

* Must have change management mindset with the ability to change and adapt quickly supporting multiple systems and programs along with supporting migration to new systems

* Detail-oriented

* Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills

* Ability to work efficiently with multiple priorities and achieve results, while maintaining high quality

* Excellent analytical, teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills

* Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, a plus
