Senior Financial Analyst
Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining a wide array of financial models and reports in support of the finance and executive leadership teams, working with the FP&A Manager and CFO.
*Revamp and own the corporate cash flow model and provide timely insights to finance leadership regarding forecasted cash trends
*Own the 5 year strategic valuation model for the company taking into account various strategic initiatives, acquisitions and funding sources
*Track consolidated corporate performance vs. budget, strategic plan, and lender covenants, including scenario analysis
*Assist FP&A Manager and CFO on acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation and integration
*Own the financial section of the quarterly Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team reporting packages
*Provide decision support to management though detailed, thoughtful analysis of financial information and reports
*Support the Finance team on special projects, ad-hoc analyses and requests as needed
*Recommend and implement system/process improvements to enhance corporate finance function
*Limited travel may occasionally be required (less than 5%)
*If position not filled in Louisville, a monthly trip to Louisville will be required in addition to travel noted above
Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
*BA in Finance/Accounting or Business MBA/CPA a plus
*5-7+ years of experience in a similar corporate finance role
